    Is there any mileage in promoting areas of the club that appear to be under represented? For example, subsidising race entries for younger riders/women’s races? I think anything that makes FWCC more visible is good so like the subsidised kit idea, also FWCC branded casual wear (hoodies, t shirts, etc.)

    I’ve just had a look back at this Mikey – apologies for getting your surname wrong! My friend Mike Devlin (of Aviemore Bikes) stayed over last night so I guess I was just still in that mode when I wrote this up this morning – at least I didn’t credit him with a new best performance!

    I’m planning on coming along – hoping there will be two groups. If there’s just a fast group, I’m happy to take the long road home and get a ride in on my own. If anyone else is considering coming out but is a bit worried about the pace, then let’s see if we can re-establish a group going at a more modest speed and give the fast guys a group to chase.
