I’d be interested Jim, probably more with the rides rather than training sessions.

Will it be a mix of gravel and mtb rides?

    Hi Alan

Russell and I are interested, we’ve done it before and it is really a MTB ride. The first time we done it on CX bikes was a pretty hard shift.

We’ll confirm on Sunday that we are going, assuming we are going, what time at visitor centre?

    Hi all

Latest update for Saturday is weather looking ok this week and we my even have a warm sunny dry day come Saturday. Plan is to meet at car parking circled in orange on the attachment, in Comrie for a 10 am start – google maps says 1 hr 49 mins from Irvine to Comrie. If this car park is full there is another one further into the town circled in blue, but we will still meet at the ‘orange’ car park even if you can’t park there. The route is as planned above with coffee in Killin and food in Crief.

You will need to bring food, last year we all took camelbaks for carrying food (more than bars – sandwiches are best), spares, extra clothes etc and if possible I’d suggest 2 bottles of water especially if it’s warm.

As it’s a holiday weekend Russell and I have booked into the campsite for 2 nights so can’t offer anyone a lift. However, as there are 10 people going at the moment, I maybe able to put others in touch if transport is required.

    Any questions let me know.
