    [caption id="attachment_250" align="alignnone" width="225"] Meeting at Irvine Cross[/caption]

After many many weeks we got our first Fullarton Sunday run since March.

18 riders arrived at the Cross on a fresh morning in anticipation of a few miles at an easy pace and a coffee stop. Just like the good old days.

In a change to previous Sunday runs we opted for two groups. It should have been two 9’s but there was some reluctance to join the group being led by George Gass.

A route via Kilmaurs, Moscow and Sorn was chosen. The two groups coming together at the top of the climb out of Galston and then making use of a closed road sign to cycle traffic free.

At Sorn there was a split as some headed for Auchinleck cafe and some headed home via Kilmarnock.

Most riders managed 45 – 60 miles at a sociable pace. Roll on future club rides.
