    Looks like for Saturday:

    Derek
    Sean
    Darren
    Alan
    Mikey
    Allan
    Chris
    Callum
    Jim
    Jo
    Possibly Andrea

Weather looking warm and dry for a good day out. There is a shorter and flatter route available for second half of the ride if the distance/hills putting anyone off. And no George Gass!

Route for next week starting at Gretna.

Just over 100 miles, a couple of climbs but first 50 is pan flat.

Aim to meet 9am at the Gretna village shopping centre. If running late call me on 07776255398.

Good run today. Two groups and 17 riders.

Andrea, Charlie and Catherine battling for women QOM from windfarm.

Seems to work well having a couple of groups, sticking with your group but meeting up a few times along the route.

Hope to see a few others out next week. Think as we move into tier 2 the Scottish Cycling rules should relax.

Another good day and turnout. 2 groups which joined on the back roads from Dalry to Lugton. Cafe at Stewarton.

Hope to see a few of you tomorrow. Chilly start but hopefully sun will help.

Route is Drybridge to Kilwinning, Blair Road, Uplawmoor. Options there to do extra loop or back via Stewarton for coffee.

Suggest first group leave at 9.15 and last by 9.30. Re group for a few minutes at Blair Road turn.

Aye these sessions are really good GG – suffering from the get go. I suspect the broom wagon will be getting bigger each week. Darren is going strong on the turbo. He was texting me during the ‘race’ but I could barely see at that point, let alone reply.

    Stevie Watters eh…🤔

Sam – you will need a speed and cadence sensor if using a basic turbo. Download Zwift and Zwift companion (probably best on separate devices).

I remember when you said you would never get into Strava or Zwift. Turbo and a garmin would do. 🤣🤣

Tough 20 mile course – who suggested hills 🙄

Good turnout – 24 riders? Good pace for the first mile 😀

    Thanks again GG
